  • WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?  

    Utilities included: gas, water/sewer

  • HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?  

    Your security deposit will be $300 with approved credit and application.

  • HOW DO I PAY RENT?  

    On the 1st of each month you may either pay rent ONLINE or IN PERSON.

    To pay rent ONLINE, please request an invitation to our Rent Cafe portal from property management.

    To pay rent IN PERSON, simply drop off your check with one of our staff members or leave it in the Rent Drop Box located just outside the leasing office.

  • ARE THE APARTMENTS FURNISHED?  

     The Woodrow Apartments are not furnished.

    Provided appliances include:

    • Range/Oven
    • Microwave
    • Dishwasher
    • Refrigerator
    • Garbage Disposal
    • Washer/Dryer
  • HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN LIVE IN EACH APARTMENT?  

    To prevent overcrowding and undue stress on the building systems, we restrict the number of people who reside in an apartment. The maximum number of occupants per apartment is as follows:

    Occupancy guidelines are as follows:

    • Up to 2 people permitted in a Studio
    • Up to 2 people permitted in a 1 Bedroom
    • Up to 4 people permitted in a 2 Bedroom, depending on floor plan
    • Up to 5 people permitted in a 3 Bedroom
  • DO YOU ALLOW PETS?  

     YES! Your furry friends are welcome at Woodrow. Breed restrictions apply. Please contact management for details.

  • WHERE IS THE LAUNDRY?  

     Each apartment includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

  • DO YOU HAVE A MAINTENANCE STAFF?  

     Yes, we have a Maintenance Technician on-call 24/7.

    For non-emergency maintenance issues, appointments will be scheduled through the Property Manager.

     

    For emergency and after hours maintenance issues, our on-call Maintenance Technician will be available.

  • DO YOU HAVE PARKING AVAILABLE?  

    Parking is available in our underground climate-controlled parking garage and surface lots for a monthly fee.

    Other parking options include resident surface lot as well as street parking in the neighborhood.

  • DO YOU HAVE STORAGE?  

     Yes, we have individual storage rooms located on the residential floors for a monthly fee.
